Short Term Rehabilitation

The goal of Hearthside’s team is to facilitate recovery and help our residents regain skills and confidence needed to reach their highest functional level. We utilize an interdisciplinary team approach to address each resident’s goals and promote a smooth transition back to the community whenever possible.

Our beautifully decorated state of the art rehab department is staffed by a team of top rated physical, occupational and speech therapists.
