Maintenance Assistant – Posted 6/28/2011
Assists the Maintenance Director in ensuringthe building, equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and Federal regulations. Performs minor repairs and supervisor the day-to-day repair, improvement and preventative maintenance of the building and equipment and arranges for and manages outside repairs, maintenance, and constructions services according to procedures. Must be responsive to after hour and weekend calls.
